I recently bought a Cold Steel Pro Magnum Blowgun 5 Ft. I have been shooting it and loving every minute of it and wanted to do a breif write up about it especially since some of the questions/pictures i was looking for were hard to find if i could find them at all.

Benjamin Discovery
I have been working on my discovery now for awhile and had sighted it in a month or so ago but recently as a result of making my shooting bench have decided to test out my zero to ensure it is dead on for the opening day of squirrel season on Sept 15.
I have a Benjamin Discovery in .22 Cal topped with a Leapers 3-9 x 40mm AO scope. I got my gun from Mac-1 airguns as it comes modded with a trigger job to smooth out the pull and lower the pull weight, as well as reshaping of the crown and a few orings replaced. Continue Reading »

I followed the shooting bench plans above just using whatever scrap wood i had and this is what i came up with.
We used some of the wood stated in the plans, but some other stuff we had mostly for back center leg and bench top.
Thing is rock solid and comfortable

Limbsaver Slip-On Recoil Pad Review
I was recentely browsing my local Walmart and was wandering through the hunting section and saw something i didnt expect to find.
Limbsaver Slip-On Recoil Pad, under Winchester name
I was first thrown off as i have only seen these marked exclusively under the Limbsaver name and not Winchester, figuring i would take a chance and buy one as i needed one for my Benjamin Discovery i bought one in small and proceded with the installation.
I first tried to install it with the stock butt pad in place but realized it was creating a small gap where it curves so i decided to try removing the stock pad and try again.

It fits perfect and i can tell it is the same tried and true Navcom material and it was only $19.97 it fits very snug and shoulders perfectly i couldnt be happier i was suprised with the price as Amazon has them for $27 or so and this was a steal at the price of $19.97.

For any looking for a recoil pad or just want a simple fix for your slippery Discovery recoil rad these (Limbsaver Slip On Recoil Pads) work great and are highly recommended.
